Anopheles Mosquitoes

- Female Anopheles Mosquitoes lay eggs directly on water and eggs hatch within 2-3 days.
- The larvae feeds on algae, bacteria, and other microorganisms.
- Larvae prefer clean and unpolluted water for their habitat.
- Adult Anophelines have bodies with 3 sections which are head, thorax and abdomen. This body structure applies for all mosquitoes.
